Avatar - The Greediness of The Mankind

Avatar, personally, is not only about a new generation of special effects and a fully immersive cinematic experience. Avatar is more than that. It is the lesson. It is the message. The lesson and the message that have being delivered in the most incredible manner.

If you are the audience who are looking for special effect and outstanding cinematic experience, then you will get it from Avatar. If you are looking for the very mindful message, then you will find it from Avatar. And if you are looking for both, you will get them from Avatar.

The greediness of mankind, ungrateful attitude, self-centered, egoistic, and betrayal are reflected by the characters in the Avatar. However, some other positive attitudes are also reflected by characters in the Avatar. The loyalty, spirit of togetherness, and sincere love are there as well.

Avatar delivered the message of how people are willing to do anything for the biggest profit they can have without thinking the terrible implications to the other parties. The idea of cruelty is allowed for the wealthy is there where the corporation in order to mine the rare mineral exists underneath Pandora, they destroyed it and killed the Na’vi.

There are few more messages in Avatar but my main concern is greediness because this is the “virus” that is affecting, eating and destroying the hearts of the mankind. In our scenario, you can see the greediness is everywhere – in politics, economic and social aspects.

But still at the end of the Day, Avatar is only the other film which impressed a lot of its audiences.
