I didn't feel anything motivating from yesterday test. The questions kinda confusing. What I'd in my mind yesterday morning was just to finish the test, so I just wrote down anything I knew without considering whether it was right or not.
The questions covering the topics of FIR, arrest, search on person, attendance of witness, examination of witness. Of course I know the relevant provisions involves such as Section 15, 23 and 27 of CPC as well as Section 107, 110, 111, 112. Also Section 20 and 20A with Fourth Schedule.
But when it came to application based on the facts of the case, some questions were really f**k me up. Another thing was to remember those relevant cases to be used as authorities beside the relevant provisions.
The only case that I master is Public Prosecutor v Sam Hong Choy with regard the arrest made by a private person under Section 27 of Criminal Procedure Code. But then I couldn't really remember others cases for other topics.
I was devastated with the test actually but there was no point to be feeling so regret because I'd already done it. So I must look forward for another tests and tasks. What happened happened and I couldn't do nothing about it.
It is a long way to go and it is my hope that things will work smoothly.

If you are studying Advanced Criminal Procedure with Tuan Lee, then I pity you. He is a vampire. Good luck.
