Something About Half Moon

I was walking home from my friend's house when I saw the moon - it is in its half-moon phase. It is a beauty even though we know the real surface of the moon is not that nice. Then I was googling about the half-moon.

Here some info that I found out.

Half-moon is one of the phases of the moon as we all know.

A half moon looks like half a circle. It is sometimes called a quarter moon (this Moon has completed one quarter of an orbit around the Earth from either the full or new position and one quarter of the moon's surface is visible from Earth)

It is an outstanding phenomenon that human can't do.

And more, I found out there are two movies with the title "Half Moon". One in 2006 and the other one in 2010. And I never watch both of these "Half Moon" movies. Damn.

2006 Half Moon

Mamo, an old and legendary Kurdish musician living in Iran, plans to give one final concert in Iraqi Kurdistan. After seven months of trying to get a permit and rounding up his ten sons, he sets out for the long and troublesome journey in a derelict bus, denying a recurring vision of his own death at half moon. Halfway the party halts at a small village to pick up female singer Hesho, which will only add to the difficulty of the undertaking, as it is forbidden for Iranian women to sing in public, let alone in the company of men.
