Healthy Life Style Is For Everyone

Yesterday, I was helping some staff from Selangor Bar to set the booth for law awareness at Dewan Gemilang Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM). But actually it is not really law awareness event, it is UKM Convocation Day and besides having a convocation carnival, some faculties are opening booth for the exhibition. Selangor Bar is invited by UKM Law Faculty to join their booth. 

I had an opportunity to do basic medical checkup at Faculty of Medicine booth. Blood Pressure (BP) is okay, 126/96. Blood sugar level is okay, 4.4 because I didn't have any breakfast before the checkup. And I am eventually know my blood type is A+. But I had bad news with my Body Mass Index (BMI) and fat distribution. BMI is 27.5 and fat distribution is 27 which is very bad.


And I started to think I have to do a lot to reduce weight and to make better of my fat distribution. At the middle of twenties, I believe people should start to be more aware of the health because if people can manage to take care of their health now, then they will be doing better in the future when the age increases. Thus, if you think you're very healthy because you're still young, please rethink. One needs frequent medical check up and healthy lifestyle since they are young so that they could maintain such life style until the old age.  

Happy Saturday everyone and start to change our life style if you think/feel your current life style is not that healthy.
