It is funny how some people are hardly letting go the past. I'm quoting the words of Steve Maraboli. He is the Executive Director of the Michael Thomas Research Center for Social & Behavioral Science in New York and is widely recognized as a leading voice in the fields of Personal Enhancement, Peak Performance, and the Human Potential.
I used to meet/know people who stuck in their past. Whining about why all the bad things in the past occurred to them. That's not life, that's being crazy - and the worst part such attitude annoys other people.
Everybody in the world had their past - whether the bad ones or the goods ones. And you put the bad one behind you and never look at it again. Just take the lessons for those bad things, make improvements and move forward for better lives. There is not such thing as "it is too late, I'm not gonna make it".
Have you ever wonder how 40 or 50 old years men/women who decide to further their studies in the field they love despite their old ages? I don't call it as "late", I call it "determination" and I pay 200% percent for those people.
Thus if you're thinking to do something (make sure it is the good things), then proceed, no one will stop except yourselves. Have a good weekend brothers and sisters.
p/s: Lets pray for our brothers and sisters in Palestine. Our prayers is the best thing we can do now.
The truth is, unless you let go, unless you forgive yourself, unless you forgive the situation, unless you realize that the situation is over, you cannot move forward.”
