Still Can Feel It

If I'm not mistaken, it almost one month after the 12th Malaysian General Election and as politics analysis always said "Democracy in Malaysia is so much alive and kicking". That thing; nobody couldn't deny how much alive and kicking the democracy in Malaysia, and to me, I always make myself clear that politics, it never been clean. You'll never call it 'politics' it a it a kind of clean thing. Politics always dirty - and this statement - makes me look so judgmental, but I don't care, I have my right to speech and expression as long as I didn't cause any chaos on the ground on internal security.

Before the result of 12th GE was announced, there were a lot of speculation that no transparency on the side of Suruhjaya Pilihan Raya, but then, after the result, people started to talk the transparency really exists in SPR and proving how much alive and kicking democracy in Malaysia. I still feel the impact of 12th GE and how the state governments (now become the oppositions) lost in five states. However, I see it in a good view, that this should be a lesson for UMNO and Barisan Nasional. People have spoken and they made it through the election. People are not satisfied with the government and something must be done to gain back people's faith in the government.

For the period of 4 or 5 years from 2008, let see how they work in five states that they just won.
