Chicharito is really something for Manchester United.
So what do we know about this Chicharito. His real name is Javier Hernández Balcázar and was born Guadalajara, Jalisco on 1 June 1988. Before his move to the superstar club Manchester United, he played for the Mexican club known as C.D. Guadalajara since he was 9 and his professional contract with C.D. Guadalajara started when he was 15.
He made 64 appearances for C.D. Guadalajara and scored 26 goals. It is not so bad for a young player like him. Chicharito made his debut for Mexico against Colombia, but his team loss 1-2. However he assisted for the only goal scored by Mexicans. Chicharito, later made an improvemet when he scored two goals against Bolivia and had an assist for Braulio Luna's goal.
At the World Cup 2010, he scored two goals. One against France and another one against Argentina. Chicharito really has something to show and he will be a challenger for Rooney, Berbatov, Macheda and Welbeck for attacking position starting this new coming season and afterwards.
Chicharito is the first Mexican to play for Manchester United. Do you know or watch the film called "Goal"? The story about one young Mexican footballer who's living his dream when he got chances to play with the big clubs. This Javier "Chicharito" Hernández really reminds me to that Santiago Munez in that film. :)
