Still Didn't Get Used To It

Hye fellas. This is Friday evening update. For this moment, I don't really have something which is "academic in nature" to be shared. Thus, I gonna blog some daily stuff only. I just came back from the uni's gym around 6.00pm ( it is almost 7pm when I wrote this entry).

I felt some kind of pain all around my body. Maybe it is because I'm still not used the so called "gym workout". I'm lucky to have a friend there doing his practical as an instructor. Frankly, my "workout journey" still a long way. Right now I must make sure I could maintain my discipline and be consistent with the workout.

Basically I get more inspired to start it after reading a few blogs like Bro Ayie's blog and Bro Ben's blog. They got muscles and shapes. And I want those things too. Hopefully everything will be going smoothly and I must never give up.

p/s: Thanks to friends who commented my previous entry which I wrote this morning and thanks to all who keep visiting this blog. Appreciate it so much. Weekend is coming fellas. So have a nice weekend.
