I don't know the exact story. But if you based on the reported news, it was clear the reason why the girl's father beat up the boy. Which father will be not getting angry caught a boy alone with her daughter in his very own house.
I agree if you say the man was overacting by beating the boy to the extend that the boy had to be rushed to the intensive care unit. But I suppose the man just lost his irrationality.
I also think this is just another story of youngsters' love. Some may agree with me if I suggest to you that love is one of the most dangerous things in the world - it may be more hazardous than nuclear weapons.
I know it is overwhelming to say that - that love is more dangerous than nuclear weapons - but people may go for suicide just because of love. Some are ignore their more crucial responsibility because of love.
You may categorize me as anti-love type of guy but I'm not. It is just an approach of precaution.
