Another Shooting In Public

I used to publish a post telling my readers that we're not cowboy. So we not suppose to shoot other people on our own will. If the shoot was with intention to kill - then you just fulffill the requirement of "mens rea" and "actus reus" and if you found guilty, you will be punished under Section 302 of Penal Code.

Which means mandatory death!!

But this still happened. This time a young boy was shot in a public. What's wrong with these people?!!

IPOH: A 17-year-old was gunned down by an unknown assailant in front of a mini market at Taman Bertuah in Kampung Tawas near here.

In the 6.30pm incident on Wednesday, M. Regan was shot three times at close range.

Ipoh OCPD Asst Comm Azisman Alias said police found two gunshot wounds on Regan’s body and one to his head.
