Every generation has it own "things". Hence you cannot expect the kids of our time to share the same "things" as our fathers' generation and you cannot expect the later generations of our children/grandchildren will share the same "things" as us.
I was born in the middle of 80s and grew up in the 90s environment. There were many cool things back then when we were kids. And this time I just want to share one simple little thing that we had long time ago.
Yeah, "Aiskrim Malaysia"!. Only in Malaysia but I am not sure whether people still make it and sell it. I remember one of my late grandparents used to sell this ice cream at their home. Then, when I back to kampung (I was a kid), I started to take one ice cream in the morning. Then I took one in the afternoon. Then a few more in the evening - with various flavours and colours, back then it was a good time.
Sometimes memories are stored in such simple things. When I was a kid, eating Aiskrim Malaysia was a nice way to chill out with fellow siblings and cousins while watching cartoons on the old television (we got no LCD flat screen at that time).
Indeed good times remain in heart.
