Zambry, Exco Can't Be Suspended

No one should not go beyond the limit of power that belong to him. This is what happen to Sivakumar when he was trying to show that he is so smart to suspend Dr.Zambry and other six Exco from attending the meeting of Legislative Assembly. Federal Court finally ruled that Dr.Zambry and his six Exco can't be suspended for alleged comtempt of Legislative Assembly as there is no law that provided for such punishment.

Federal Court judge Datuk Seri S. Augustine Paul said the Perak Constitution when read together with Standing Orders of the legislative assembly and the Legislative Assembly (Privileges) Enactment 1959 did not provide for the offence. It is 64 pages decision made by the Federal Court on this issue.

My comment is simple which is again Pakatan Rakyat and it so called "fans" will blame the court. When desicion made by the court not in favor of them, they will start to blame the court that court is unfair and unjust and in favor as well as is influenced by UMNO and BN. They will never trust the judiciary unless the judges and the court made the decision which in favor of them.

However, what happens now is good. Dr.Zambry is the Menteri Besar and he is working hard with his Exco. Nothing undesireable occurs in Perak recently, everything seems nice and peaceful. State Government under Dr.Zambry is helping people who need help. For all Perak citizens, you must try to seek help from State Government because our leaders cannot go to every house in Perak to ask whether Perak people need help or not.
