Education + Future = Job Opportunities??

Somehow to look in different perspective or you could say in the bigger picture, I'm not sure wheter having more and more universities will change something to the living-standard of people.

Of course there are good things of having more universities - which bring more education chances for more people. But future is unpredictable - how about the job opportunities - yes of course the encouragement is not to depend on others but to run your own business - but is it everyone is capable or being giving a right chance to have own business?

It is a good thing to be an education hub but hopefully the job opportunities in the future will be proportionate will the amount of graduates produce by lots of local and foreign universities. The Government may want to go in depth with this situation. This is for the better future of new and young generations. :)

RM650mil Investment Set to Boost Malaysia’s Status as Education Hub

PUTRAJAYA: Malaysia’s status as an education hub has been boosted by Manipal Education’s investment of RM650mil over five years to establish the Manipal International University (MIU).

Announced in conjunction with Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh’s official visit to Malaysia, the multi-disciplinary MIU would be based in Kuala Lumpur and classes could commence as early as March next year.

Manipal CEO and managing director Anand Sudarshan said a 33.5ha campus would be built and of the six available options, Manipal had shortlisted three sites, one of which was in Sepang and another near the Selangor Technology Park.
