Some may think what the hell the guards do there standing at the corner or walking around carrying guns without any challenge.

But R.Paul must have change our thinking of the responsibilities as a security guard.

JOHOR BARU: The courageous security guard who survived being shot five times when a money-changer was robbed of RM100,000 hopes to keep the bullets as a reminder of how precious life is.

R. Paul, 50, who was shot while protecting two women shoppers and their children from three armed and masked robbers on Tuesday night, however, said he understood that the police needed the bullets to assist in investigations.
