Approaching The Climax

So now we have 8 teams preparing to continue the fight and competing with each other for one and one reason only - be the champion of 2010 World Cup edition. It is an interesting edition as we saw the previous champion Italy and the finalist France were thrown away pretty early for this 2010 World Cup. Then we saw the big teams like England and Portugal also took early flight back in their hometown.

Big congrats for Ghana as Ghana is the only African nation that capable to proceed to the quarter final. The only sad thing that we almost has one Asian nation for quarter final but unfortunately because of one miss penalty, Japan had to follow the step of South and North Korea. But still it was a great match and thumbs up for all Asian teams.

So, here what we have for quarter finals:

We have two interesting matches here. Netherlands v Brazil and Argentina v Germany. For these two matches it is quite difficult to make the predictions. All possibilities may take places. All four teams did well during the group stages and they also played a good football during the round of 16. So we'll wait and see the result. On the other hand, I belief Spain will beat Paraguay and Uruguay will defeat Ghana but magic and surprise can happen. Who knows that the whole world may see Ghana plays in the final!

But I still hoping to see Argentina and Brazil in the final of 2010 World Cup.
